Woolmer Sports aim to provide you with a fast and efficient service, if you are not happy with the goods you have received or have any queries with your delivery please contact us.
If you find that an item needs to be returned to us, please contact us immediately on receipt of delivery. You must inform us that you wish to return any item as soon as possible. Please contact us via email email@example.com or call us on 01732 852520 to arrange collection on a date convenient for you. We can then issue you with replacement goods, raise a credit note or refund the card that was used upon when placing the original order.
By law, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days after the date the item is delivered. The Consumer Contracts Regulations are designed to protect customers who are not physically present with the seller at the time of purchase. They cover purchases made via email and the internet, together with telephone and mail order. The return postage cost is payable by the customer. If you require an exchange, please place a new order accordingly.
If clothing is returned to us there is a 10% charge, so we advise you to look at the size guide prior to placing an order. Items that have a C+ beside them in our printed catalogue or lorry icon denoting fixed carriage on our website, will incur re-stocking charges. This charge is dependent on each item and weight, but generally it’s 20% of the value of the items returned. Please contact the sales team to discuss the costs involved.
If upon delivery of your order, there are damaged or missing items, we need to be informed within 5 working days of the date of delivery to enable us to rectify this. Failure to do this within the specified time could result in Woolmer Sports refusing to resolve any issues.
